Scholar's Library, Silver and Gold Editions

What do these three products have in common? They all have the same great tools- specialised functions not available in other products.

The centerpiece of the Scholar's Library collections is the newly-designed Exegetical Guide. The Exegetical Guide is included in other Libronix products, but a more comprehensive version is included here. It combines word study and exegetical study tools into a complete report that will jump-start your exegesis of a specific passage. Providing syntax visualizations, grammar references, and much more, the Exegetical Guide compiles an exhaustive report of lexical and syntactic information that is incredibly valuable as you dig deeper into the biblical text.

This Exegetical Guide includes the following new features: · Syntax Addin- For those who work with the biblical languages directly (or hope to someday), this is the most exciting development in software since the advent of morphologically tagged texts in the mid-1970s. Morphological tags (“pronoun, third person, masculine singular”) describe the form of a word, but not its function. The new syntax tool can tell you what it’s doing in a particular sentence or its actual relationship with other words or clauses. You know that having the older version of Logos was like having a personal research assistant.

Having the new Scholar's Library with its syntactical databases is like getting your own professor! Grammar Search- The new Grammar Search section increases the depth of your exegesis by alerting you to important discussions of your specific passage within the grammars you own. This helps you explore the grammatical features and structure of your passage, an important step in exegesis. Hear Pronunciation of Greek Words from within Reports- You can now hear pronunciations by clicking on the “Pronounce" icons that appear after Greek lemmas. This is a great way to be confident that you're pronouncing a Greek word correctly. What makes these three products different? The books! That's the difference! More books means more access to more information while you are using the powerful Logos 3 software as a research tool. The Scholar's Library is an impressive collection of over 330 volumes.
